Faded shades of early autumn - bloomy damsons, russet apples, dusty yellow pears, burgeoning medlars, the golden globes of pumpkins, pheasant, venison, chestnuts – and seafood. As the evening closes in, there’s so much fantastic local produce to choose from. So we thought we’d give you more courses to sample. Seven courses for September. Each course is a surprise - our front of house people will explain each dish for you on the night - there is no menu in advance. This seasonal menu is different to the previous tasting menus, so always something new to discover.
