Chef Tim Zekki intends to take humble ingredients to the next level with this new tasting menu. Working with seasonal local produce, and using his latest research and explorations into flavour.

An eclectic tasting menu, seasonally based, that explores taste elements from further afield to produce heightened flavour.

(At 413 ft Wiveliscombe is the highest town in Somerset.)

Five courses £45. An optional wine flight will be available.
