“Our many thanks to you and your team for the wonderful meal on Saturday.  There was a healthy debate over breakfast the next day about which course was the best, but I think it is fairest to say that the whole meal was delicious.  The mackerel was cooked to perfection; the pork belly was by far the best we have ever tasted; the venison was beautiful; and the madeleine provided an excellent balance.  All of our guests really enjoyed the opportunity to try some new dishes and Jonny was delighted with the opportunity to show off his favourite wine!  Thank you all so much for putting up with the children who, as you know, had a brilliant evening in the kitchen!”
